[ He gives Ouma a long look, but ultimately he made it much longer without Ouma shutting down than he would have expected, so he decides not to push it further for now. ]

Shuichi realizes why Ouma didn't want to be around for this when he opens the package and sees the picture. He inhales sharply, and he can feel his eyes welling up before he knows it. Ouma got this as a task reward...? He didn't even know that was possible.
A few tears run down his cheeks quietly, but after a moment, he wipes them away and sets the picture up on his bedstand. He tries his best to shake off the haze of emotions as he heads to shower and get ready for work. ]
