[ He pauses, the smile on his face shifting into something softer now, then he leans to hug him a little more tightly, his face pressing against him. ]

He just looks flustered and confused. ]

[ The look on his face makes his own heart swell a little, smile widening. ]

[ He swallows quietly, because as teasing as he might be with this, he's not actually Prepared for it either. To start, though, he shifts to lean only on his knees, half up instead of straddling Shuichi. Then, he pushes the hem of Kaito's shirt up over his stomach, holding it in place. ]

[ Shuichi has to take a moment to be overwhelmed just looking at Ouma like that. It seems unreal, almost like a fantasy. But then he takes a shaky breath and reaches out. ]

[ He runs his hands along the bare band of skin around to Ouma's back, lingering at the small of his back for a moment before sliding his fingers down under the waistband of his pants, just slightly. ]

[ He's sleepy and delirious enough it may as well be. He keeps one hand on the shirt, the other moving to Shuichi's shoulder. ]

Was I lying to you, then, Shuichi?

[ He's talking like this, but there are spots where his voice cracks a bit, where he's waiting impatiently and hoping Shuichi will just keep wiggling his hand down anyway. ]

[ Shuichi looks up at Ouma, a bit dazed and incredulous. Maybe he can also blame the fact that it's around 3am and he passed the point he could have imagined anything like this a long time ago for the fact that he does slide his hands further down.
